Once these products have been purchased, we are unable to process any refunds or exchanges unless the item is faulty or not as described at the time of purchase.

Faulty Items: If the product is found to be defective upon delivery, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. In such cases, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, subject to inspection and verification of the fault. These Would have to be returned in the original packaging with no signs of wear.
